Welcome to “Miles & Smiles”—an 8-week adventure into the exciting world of endurance running designed specifically for 4th, 5th, and 6th graders! This workshop offers a fantastic opportunity for kids to build their stamina, learn key running techniques, and have a blast while staying active.

Each session will be a fun-filled experience where students enjoy fresh air, explore the school grounds and nearby streets and track their progress with personalized charts. We’ll focus on essential skills like proper posture and breathing to help them become confident and skilled runners. By the end of the workshop, students will aim to complete up to 3 miles in a single run, depending on their individual progress and comfort level.

Beyond just running, this workshop will teach valuable lessons about perseverance and goal-setting. The skills and confidence gained here will improve fitness and positively impact their everyday lives.”Miles & Smiles” is all about having fun while learning and growing. I’m excited to run with the kids and help them experience the joy of running and personal achievement. I hope to see your child join us for this exciting and motivational journey!
