Refund Policy

Once enrolled, your child’s schedule is set until the January change date. In January, you may adjust the schedule without consequence. If you choose to change your schedule at any other time, there will be a $100 schedule change fee. If you withdraw from the program at any time, your tuition deposit will be forfeited.

Governing Law

This website is controlled by BASEC, which is headquartered in Belmont, MA. The laws of the State of Massachusetts, without regard to conflicts of law principles thereof, will apply to all matters arising from or relating to use of this website.
