BEATS (Bringing Education and Arts Together for Students) (Gr 4-6)
BEATS is a collaborative music class rooted in creativity and fun! The class focuses on various approaches to music, rhythm, acting and performance. Students will learn more about the processes of writing songs and raps, acting in scenes of musicals and plays, and they will even play instruments in collaboration with others. They will learn how to refine their own concepts and ideas, choreograph movement, develop skills with public speaking and collaboration, and write original songs.
