If your child is enrolled in 5, 6, or 7 weeks of our summer program, we will discount your entire summer tuition by 5%!
If your child is enrolled in 8 or 9 weeks of our summer program, we will discount your entire summer tuition by 10%!

Payment & Refund Policy
All tuition for BASEC Vacation Programs is non-refundable after the following deadlines:
In the past, we have been able to provide more flexibility to families, as we know that vacation plans can change; however, our top priority is providing enriching programming for students at a reasonable tuition rate. To meet this standard and keep our programs viable, we are no longer able to offer tuition refunds or “switching” program weeks.

- February 14 – Each requested summer camp week requires a $75 non-refundable deposit at the time of registration. These initial deposits will be applied to your total invoice for each week; however, if you are to withdraw from any week, the deposit for that week will be forfeited.
- March 15 – the first set of invoices are sent and the non-refundable deposit increases to $175 per week.
- May 15 – the second set of invoices are sent and per-week, non-refundable registration cost increases to $525 per week.
Families who have registered before March 15 will receive an invoice for an additional $100 per enrolled week, bringing their total non-refundable deposit per week to $175. From March 15 – May 15, registered families who withdraw from any week will forfeit $175 per dropped week.
As of May 1, full payment for every week will be required at sign-up unless special accommodation is granted. Families who have registered before May 1 will receive an invoice for the balance of their summer tuition by May 15. As of May 15, full summer payment is due and no refunds will be granted unless special accommodations have been made.
*Note: Families of campers entering 6th-8th grade have the opportunity to participate in Outing Club. Please write to email@example.com if your child is interested. Since Outing Club weeks are not yet set, special accommodation for withdrawal and refund will be made if the weeks you requested do not align with those of Outing Club.
