Kindergarteners with join art teacher, Mrs. Williams for a fun and creative adventure in all things art! Students will explore different mediums, techniques and styles all while mastering new skills in art. This is open to new and returning students.

Get ready 3rd graders – it’s robotics time!  This workshop will provide an introduction to block based coding that will be used to control GoPiGo robots (no previous coding experience necessary!) Students will work collaboratively in small groups to customize, code and guide their robots through different challenges.  In addition, students will have time to experiment on their robots to program them to perform motions and tasks of their choosing.

Scary monsters.  Scheming witches. Silly disekicks. In this workshop students will take turns playing all of the parts as they act out a classic tale.  This year, the play is an adaptation of the Indonesian Cinderella story “Bawang Merah, Bawang Putih”, or “Garlic Girls and Little Miss Onion”.  We will read out loud together, play theater games, make our own props and costumes and have fun putting together a low-key performance.

This fun and delicious workshop introduces first grade students to basic kitchen skills, techniques, equipment and recipes while creating and enjoying delicious food. Students love learning to cook! This workshop is open to new and returning students.
