Come discover the fun of chess! Students will dive into the world of chess, learning the fundamentals of the game in a fun and supportive environment.  With plenty of opportunity to play against peers, this entry-level workshop helps students fine-tune their skills and understanding of the rules, while building confidence through engaging lessons, matches and feedback.

In this workshop, students will learn and practice various illustration techniques of cartooning.  Students will create their own cartoon characters and explore putting these characters into various comic scenarios.  Students will work on creating their own mini comics and receive copies of their comics to share with friends.
