Express how machines make our world move! In this workshops, students will be introduced to a different type of simple machine each week while learning about their real-work applications. Seesaws and zip-lines using levers and pulleys are just a few examples of machines that students will be able to create their own miniature versions of. Let’s make it move and make it mini!

This is an action packed workshop where students will build confidence, learn new skills, master BASEC games, and discover the joy of teamwork. Alex will also be introducing Disc Golf by teaching entry-level frisbee throwing skills and information about the game. Come join the fun! This workshop will foster sportsmanship, being active, and having fun!

Please note there will be no workshop on 6/6. Students enrolled in the workshop will stay with regular BASEC programming from 3:00 – 4:00 PM.
