BASEC IS A COMMUNITY WHERE CHILDREN COME TO PLAY, LEARN AND GROW.
BASEC was founded on an idea that quality out-of-school time experiences are a vital aspect of positive youth development. We are proud to have developed a model that not only delivers that impact, but can grow to reach more children and more communities.
Registration is currently open for before and after school programming at Green Meadow Elementary School and Fowler Middle School.
