Kitchen Science: STEM You Can Snack On!
Students will explore everyday chemistry and physics through food-based experiments such as making edible atom models with candy, creating ice cream in a bag and testing how bread rises. Each workshop will begin with a hands-on activity including simple ingredients and basic kitchen tools, and end with a taste-and-test to connect observations to scientific concepts.

Student enrolled in BASEC on Tuesdays – $0
Student enrolled in BASEC but does not attend on Tuesdays – $80
Students not enrolled in BASEC – $80 + $50 (this is a one time registration fee for the school year)
