In BASEC Model UN (MUN), students role-play as delegates of the United Nations. During this workshop, pairs of students are assigned a particular country to research and represent in Model UN Committee simulations. Through these simulations, student delegates work collaboratively to find and create solutions to real global issues. In BASEC Model UN (MUN), students role-play as delegates of the United Nations. During this Workshop, pairs of students are assigned a particular country to research and represent in Model UN Committee simulations. Through these simulations, student delegates work collaboratively to find and create solutions to real global issues. As part of this Mini-MUN workshop, students prepare to participate in a special, first-ever BASEC-run Model UN conference, consisting of BASEC @ BMS & BASEC @ Chenery students and chaired by the BASEC MUN teachers.
