Grades: 3rd through 6th

BASEC Film Makers will learn the language and craft of filmmaking in this popular class. While our film students learn how to write, direct, shoot and produce their own film projects, they will also collaborate in the processes of pre-production, production, and post-production.

Film makers learn film grammar and must work collaboratively to express their ideas. In our present culture, it is more and more important for our youth to be capable of analyzing visual media and understand the messages and influencing factors that directors convey.
