Our Business Builders Workshop is an experiential learning curriculum designed to help 7th & 8th grade students develop viable, innovative, and self-engineered entrepreneurial ventures. In this Workshop, students develop their own businesses by creating professional, market-informed products or services. Through this process, students discover how businesses are imagined, created, grown, and maintained.

The duration of the Business Builders workshop is a minimum of 12 weeks, although students are encouraged to participate for the entirety of the school year. The longer a student is enrolled in and engaged with Business Builders, the more comprehensive and developed their businesses will become. Our Fall 2024 Business Builders students showcased and sold their products at the Cambridge Holiday Art Market, an opportunity we plan to repeat this year!

• If your child is enrolled in BASEC @ BMS on Thursdays: $50.00 (Workshop tuition)
• If your child is enrolled in BASEC @ BMS, but does not attend on Thursdays: $290.00 (Workshop tuition)
• If your child is not enrolled in BASEC @ BMS for the 2025-2026 school year: $385.00 ($95 registration fee + $290 Workshop tuition)
