Python is a programming language that is designed to be easy to learn and powerful at the same time. It’s used by professionals worldwide in a wide range of fields, from technology to business to entertainment. While learning Python, students in this course will develop real-world coding skills – and create cool projects along the way!

NOTE: This is a beginner workshop. Students who already have some experience with Python will prefer our Python Explorers workshop.

To participate in class, students will need to make a free account on the coding website Repl.it. We strongly encourage students to set up an account before the first day of class.

This class is designed for students in grades 3 and up.
